SAFIRA PHARMA FZ-LLC is an international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE). We take global drug and medical-equipment manufacturers from first dossier to sustained commercial presence across five markets.
From regulatory desk to regional platform
SAFIRA PHARMA FZ-LLC began in Ashgabat as a regulatory consultancy — a small team preparing registration dossiers and guiding international manufacturers through the Turkmen approval process. The first clients stayed, and their portfolios grew.
Step by step we added what our partners needed next: import and distribution, government tenders, pharmacovigilance, medical promotion. What started as a consultancy became a full-cycle platform operating across Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
Today an international team of regulatory specialists, pharmacists and commercial managers represents European manufacturers — from BioPharma Plasma to Esaote — in every market where we work, to the standard we set on day one.

2018
Founded in Ashgabat
SAFIRA PHARMA FZ-LLC opens as a regulatory consultancy, preparing registration dossiers for international manufacturers in Turkmenistan.
2019
First international registrations
The first registration certificates are issued for partner products, and manufacturers entrust us with their full country dossiers.
2021
Partnership with BioPharma Plasma
Safira becomes a regional partner of BioPharma Plasma, supporting registration and supply of its plasma-derived medicines to hospital programmes.
2022
Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
Operations expand to the region’s two largest markets, with local registration teams covering EAEU procedures and national tenders.
2023
Medical equipment division
A dedicated equipment division launches with Esaote and X-Ray: supply, installation and service of diagnostic systems.
2025
Full five-market coverage
With Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan fully operational, Safira serves partners across all five Central Asian markets under one contract.
2026
Expansion programme
Registration groundwork begins in Azerbaijan and Mongolia — the first step of a wider move towards the Caucasus and the Middle East.
